Merchandise Authorization!
- All returned items must have
RMA You must contact IPS at 865
977-4493 to receive RMA # before returning
items.
You will need to write this # on the
outside of packaging.
- Drop-ship items cannot be
returned to IPS.
- If your order arrives
damaged, contact UPS-x claims within 24
hours at 1-800 742-5877
- Items returned must be in the
same condition as they where when
purchased in order to receive
refund.
- A 25% Restocking Fee will be
deducted from all refundable
returns. All Items must be returned within
14 days
of purchase date along with RMA in
order for refund to be made.
Shipping and Handling is not
refundable. Contact customer service by calling
1-865-977-4493 (8AM to 5PM Eastern Time,
Monday - Friday).
- All electronic and
electrical components are sold as-is
and are not refundable
- Use the original box or use a
sturdy substitute to ship items.
